Specializing in geological and structural engineering and explosives, Phil Schneider allegedly spent 17 years working on black budget projects for the US government and held a level 3 security clearance. He claimed he helped develop Deep Underground Military Bases (aka DUMBs) at places such as the notorious Area 51, S-4, and Los Alamos Laboratories in Dulce, New Mexico, where Schneider even claimed to engage in a firefight with an alien grey!

For the last two years of his life, Schneider toured the United States giving over thirty lectures regarding governmental deception and his involvement in highly classified clandestine activities.

In 1996, Schneider was found dead under suspicious circumstances, which led many to believe that he was killed for speaking out about these secrets. Did Phil Schneider really take his own life? Or did “the powers that be” silence Phil for revealing too many “skeletons” in the black budget closet?
