Today I am joined by Jaqui (a.k.a. The Fit Social Worker!), a Social Worker who works with children and families teaching positive parenting skills. This episode is all about empowerment, personal growth, and "soul care" rather than the surface level self-care we all know so well. Join us as we discuss Jaqui's personal journey from graduating with her BSW feeling depressed and unfulfilled to finding herself 4 years later in a happy, healthy, and empowered mindset! She shares so many inspiring words about life after graduation, how to find your place in this field, and ways to make sure you are living as your best self so you can do the best work possible with your clients.
If you find Jaqui as uplifting as I did, make sure to check out her exercise, nutrition, and empowerment group (online) and sign up to feel empowered all year long. Find more information on her instagram @thefitsocialworker
