Jon Cobb is a United States Marine Corps veteran, coach, and business transformation leader. Since leaving Deloitte Consulting and founding The Tempest Group, he has managed global transformations, M&A integrations, and startup scaling efforts for some of the most-admired companies in the world.  Jon holds an MBA from Vanderbilt and an MPA from Harvard.  He is also PMP certified.

Jon recently removed his armor to share his journey from serving in the United States Marine Corps to becoming a successful entrepreneur, how he overcame personal and professional challenges, and the skills he developed during this journey. I hope his story educates, motivates, but most importantly inspires people to develop life skills that will help them heal and thrive while living and when faced with adversity.
