I will be 50 years old next year.
I lost 30 pounds last year and I have another 30 more pounds to go, and I don’t want to wait another year to lose the next 30.
In my past I was willing to starve, use OTCs, exercise 3 hours per day, etc – ALL the unhealthy stuff, to get an UNSUSTAINABLE outcome. Back then, it was all about how I looked.  Exercise was not a health strategy; exercise was the necessary torture to achieve a swimsuit body. Nutrition was all about calories.  As long as I stayed under 1200, it did not matter if they all came from sugar and french fries.  Any weight I lost was un-sustained. For me, a yo-yo was not a toy.  It was my way of life.  Anyone reading this can relate?
Last year, I bought a Fitbit, and I did Pastor Rick Warren's The Daniel Plan.  I shared that with you here on Debt-Free Wealth Radio.  However, those efforts and strategies that helped me lose 30 pounds, are now only working to maintain my weight.  I am ready for the FAB dimension.  Such a place exists.  I used to live there.
That is why I became a Beach Body Coach.  No!  I am not asking you to check out the business opportunity, that is not why I joined.  I was frustrated with the luke-warm gym goers, I could not find others like me who took their progress seriously.  I realized that those who did, were becoming fitness and nutrition coaches - so, I decided to join them.   
I am responsible for my my life, so I strategically create my environment for success, because you can't trip over success - you need to create it for yourself. Instead of seeing myself as a Beach Body Coach though, I see myself as a Tutor, one student helping another.
