Are we on the verge? *Nov. 4, 2020: My Condolences to the family of Irvin Baxter: A great warrior for The Kingdom of God has gone home. Over the past several years I had the privilege of interviewing Mr. Irvin Baxter for TV. But, as I chatted with him behind the scenes I discovered his passion for truth was just as intense whether he was on camera or off. The one incident I remember most was when I was the MC for Hear The Watchman conference. I was taking questions from the audience directed to the speakers on stage. Suddenly, what I considered a “demon” from the audience directed a question in a way I perceived was disrespectful to Mr. Baxter. My first instinct was to correct and even silence this person, to put him in his place.

However, when I looked over at Mr. Baxter, I saw the love, patience and grace of God as he gently and politely answered the question. It was then I knew I was in the midst of a great man of God. I pray for Mr. Baxter’s family and ministry staff.
