Clint joined Wealthy Investor around 3 years ago. Since then, he's completed over 400 transactions and has built up his team. "Fire quick and hire slow" has been Clint's mantra while growing his company with A-player employees. What does leadership mean to you? Years ago, Clint thought that leadership was aligned with dictatorship. Since then, he's learned that leadership is all about serving others. He encourages other leaders to have a 360-degree assessment. This assessment interviews his employees and family, even about where he can improve.
