  • Was this Worst Sports Job Advice Ever?
The Boston Red Sox are in the ALCS again. Chris and Rob played a HUGE role in making that happen by cheering them on and putting the $ in the organization's pocket. :) We dissect what quite possibly be the worst sports job advice we've ever heard. A prospective sports job seeker looking to work as an Assistant Basketball Coach was told the famous "get your foot in the door with anything and work your way to the bench." WRONG! We get a great email which always helps remind us on why we do this podcast. Always much appreciated. We keep exploring the world of sports betting and the ramifications around DraftKings potentially expanding into Europe. Rob watched a movie! Chris is blown away by Squid Game and needs to talk to someone about it. Rob wants none of it.

Make sure to find some time to network with that alumni base and not make the same mistake as Rob. Don't end up in the Enterprise managers training program! We then go down memory lane and find out Chris had some crazy experiences being in an Oscar movie (The Fighter) and hanging with NFL Legends to watch football games at Fox NFL studios.
