Paul does a great job of helping us get to the point of it all.  In this passage we are brought into complete conviction when learning about who God is.

The depth of hallmark passages are rarely dealt with.  We only give into inch deep theology when they're calling us into SO MUCH MORE.  Romans 8:28 is one of those passages.
