Spring has arrived in South Australia and that means one thing – it’s Balaklava Cup time! Join us for a full runner-by-runner preview of one of the state’s great racing days, with insights from trainers Stephen Theodore, Peter Blanch and Richard Jolly, all with key runners in this year’s Cup.

Group 1 racing has returned around the country and we have two runners in the Moir Stakes this weekend. We chat to Sue Jaensch and Shane Oxlade to get the latest on their runners in the feature and Linc has a full set of tips for the Parks track this weekend.

Metropolitan Racing heads to Murray Bridge this Saturday and we chat to Dan Meagher who brings former Singaporean galloper Lim’s Bighorn across the border and Peter Blanch who saddles up Lingani in the G3 Monash Stakes at Caulfield. Stakes racing returns to Morphettville on Saturday with the running of the Listed Oaklands Plate. We chat to one of Australia’s most prominent and successful horse owners in John O’Neil as well as Jess Tzaferis who has got her training career off to a flying start. Saturday racing heads to Murray Bridge for two big Racing Rewards Plate races. We chat to two trainers with strong chances in the features in Richard Jolly & Peter Blanch and as always there’s plenty of news, form and tips to help you find a winner on the weekend.

We wrap up the Adelaide Autumn Carnival for another year and chat to 2 x Group 1 winning jockey Lachie Neindorf as we reflect on a sensational Group 1 carnival that had it all. We pick some horses to follow into the future, announce the winner of the tipping comp and award the inaugural Front Runner Medal!

All eyes are on the superstar sprinter Giga Kick in Saturday’s Group 1 Goodwood. We’ll chat to Group 1 winning trainers Michael Kent Jr, Sam Freedman and Simon Miller who are saddling up runners aiming to take down the champ.
