Frontier Town

Plot: The show centered around Chad Remington, a lawyer who returns to his hometown of Dos Rios after his father's murder. His quest for justice leads him to become a crime-fighting attorney in the untamed West. The series blends legal drama with classic Western themes, with Remington using both the legal system and, when necessary, his fists and gun to bring order to the frontier. As the series progresses, he ventures into other parts of the New Mexico Territory and Colorado, dealing with various challenges like claim jumpers, rustlers, bank robbers, and lynch mobs.

Main Characters and Cast:

• Chad Remington: The protagonist, a tough but dedicated lawyer.
• Initially played by Jeff Chandler (billed as "Tex Chandler").
• Later replaced by Reed Hadley for the remainder of the series.
• Cherokee O'Bannon: Remington's sidekick, a hard-drinking gentleman of mixed blood who often used a W.C. Fields-like voice.
• Played by Wade Crosby.

Production: The series was written and directed by Paul Franklin, with background organ music provided by Ivan Ditmars and Bob Mitchell. Bill Forman served as the announcer.
