75 Days with these tasks each day: 
1. Follow a strict diet (no cheat meals/no alcohol)
2. 2x 45 workouts everyday (one must be outside)
3. Drink 1 gallon of water a day 
4. Read 10 pages of non-fiction a day
5. Take progress picture 

Brock talks about the impact the challenge has had on him physically, mentally, and emotionally through 59 days, and what his thoughts are on the entire process!

In this episode, Brock talks about past business ideas, ventures, and more importantly failures. He discusses how these failures led him to Frost Buddy and why failure is so important.
