Practicing gratitude is something I strive to do every single day. I write down the 3 things I'm grateful for every morning and I've been doing it for many years. It helps me to love and appreciate all the positive things in my life and gives me something to lean on when I’m feeling down. 💖😊

In my classroom we practice gratitude every day before lunch, taking a moment to quiet ourselves and do what we call, “saying our thank yous”.
