Acknowledging and accepting my awkwardness in speech. Exploring my reasons for moving out. Dissecting my purpose of providing for myself really well without stepping on anyone . The reliefs and challenges of that purpose. How it ties to my social identity.

Focusing, documenting, strategizing, self accepting, managing anxiety and ADHD. All of these things are significantly easier when I have a journal. I’ve kept paper journals since I was in kindergarten, a blog since high school, and now I’m getting with the times and doing a podcast too! I would like to document my verbal communication and hopefully get more comfortable with it
