Formula 1's next engine formula could be a hybrid two-stroke powered by eco fuels. Yes, when Pat Symonds expressed what the future could be like, we shook our heads in disbelief, too. Isn't two-stroke technology archaic in the world of automobiles?

If Formula 1 goes down this road, it will be a perception vs. technology battle on all quarters. But before all else, will the existing (and new, if they're coming) power unit manufacturers agree to such a formula? After all, someone's got to build those power units.

Also in this episode of the Inside Line F1 Podcast (http://bit.ly/ilf1ponkf1b) , we discuss some of the many outrageous pieces of news and stories in this winter season. Are certain elements deliberately making statements to keep our attention in the off-season? We're deliberating releasing an episode every week to keep you entertained, that's for sure. :D

Tune in!
