Through many ups and downs, I went from self-sabotage & constant negative self-talk to actually feeling good and at peace within myself. Over the years, I have gained and lost 40 pounds many times, always searching for the next best fix in workout regimens and diets. After over a year of stable improvement in both my health and overall well-being, I now believe the main key is this: doing what you truly want to do, in all aspects of your life, will bring you closer to the healthy body you desire.may this serve as a reminder that every day is a new opportunity to start over and choose different.
