On this episode of Fear the Walking Dead Talk Through, Mark and I talk through Leave What You Don't. Fear the Walking Dead Season 5 Episode 13 was written by the Ashley Cardiff & Nick Bernardone, and directed by Daisy von Scherler Mayer. Unfortunately, Kyle was out sick this week, so it's just us from The Walking Dead Talk Through!
It's taken us nearly five years, but we finally have a Patreon for this podcast! For $5/month, you can get content not offered on the regular podcast, including call-in shows and other stuff we have planned. Join here: https://www.patreon.com/WalkingDeadTalkThrough
Like last week's episode, we found ourselves relating Aaron's feedback on the previous episode relating to the episode we had just seen. I'll make the same recommendation this time out to listen to it to pick up some insights on Leave What You Don't. Discussion about this episode, in particular, begins at 11 minutes and 25 seconds into the episode.
This episode was enjoyed by many, including Mark, but I think I brought up enough points that turned him around a bit. Don't get me wrong, there were some good aspects to this episode, but there were also some very annoying aspects as well. For example,
Please leave your feedback! We got a good dose of feedback again this week, so keep it comin'! Next time, we'll cover any additional feedback we get for S5E13 Leave What You Don't, and then talk through Fear the Walking Dead, Season 5 Episode 14, titled Today and Tomorrow. Get your feedback in by 6 PM Eastern/5 PM Central on Tuesday, September 17, 2019. One of the best ways to submit feedback is on our Facebook group. You can also send us an email at our new email: [email protected] or call our new voicemail at 216-232-6146.
This season, collecting the feedback has been challenging, and we could use your help. Our availability is limited for each of us on Tuesdays when the bulk of the feedback comes in. We have to grab it from the various sources, including the Facebook group, the feedback form, email, and voice mail; put it into a Google doc; separate it into the appropriate sections of the podcast: Ratings, sauces, and feedback; and then fix things like spelling mistakes, grammar, and format, and then divide it by who will read it. If you are available most Tuesdays that we have an episode to record and want to help the podcast out, please drop us a line, either using the feedback form, the Facebook group, or if you are friends with us on Facebook, over Messenger. We'll work out something if you can, like comping you into the Patreon, assuming you can do that.
