fuck the framing.

and so, the end is here.

thank you from the bottom of our hearts to everyone who has supported us and proven that there is a space in this often claustrophobic event to say what's on our minds. we hope you continue to carry a critical mindset—because really, fuck debate. goodbye for now.

love, rina and sherry

on our podcast today, we invited our teammate, oliver, to talk about his perspective on kritiks, not only as a policy debater, but as a trans debater! this is our second-to-last episode, so we're beyond thrilled that this episode is filled with so much insight. if you're looking to learn more about actual k literature or the culture around it, you won't want to miss this one!

ftf is on a roll for exploring other events! while mingyi (bellaire) has primarily done pf, he has also dabbled in ld. sharing the best (and not) of both worlds, this episode features mingyi telling us about his experiences in debate holistically. tune in for our conversations about memorable rounds, camp, and more!

for this episode, we are joined by our fellow ethan balu tribal piggies (prep group), tesu and farhan from lincoln sudbury, for a lighthearted discussion about the progression of the activity, our debate careers, and more!

jk. happy april fools' day.

special shoutout to oliver for spreading

here on ftf, we've mainly discussed the ins and outs of the debate space; speech isforeign to our podcast. however, speech and debate go hand-in-hand. that's why we've invited our friend, daniel rupawalla, who is (mainly) an extemper, to share his insight and experiences with the speech world. we hope you're just as excited as we are to learn more about the other half of this activity!

happy holidays! ftf's gift is the long-awaited part two with our longtime friends luke and andrew (germantown friends) to discuss what it's like to start and run a program at a small school!
