The times have found us. It is evident, except you choose to ignore it. The Black Lives Matter movement has gone global and taken over the national conversation again because the long fight for justice and equity continues. We decided to record this episode at a time when our feelings and thoughts were at their most unadulterated. Pure and True. Our sincere hope is that this episode serves as a dose of therapeutic reality and even more so as a call to action. There is so much going on, and in a very peculiar time, it is up to us to look inward, voice our opinions, and be about that action on the issues we are dealing with right now. Onward!
