If you're a business owner looking to expand your team, be conscientious about how you hire new people and scale your business. While speed is important in the micro, it can hurt you on a macro level if you don't have the right mindset. Get to know and truly care about potential new hires. Make sure they will jive with your company's culture but don't jam them into a position that doesn't work for them. The addition of a new employee should be beneficial to both sides. Ultimately, the goal is to hire slow and fire fast. If you do make a mistake, rectify it as soon as possible. Don't let it affect the rest of your team.

How much of a handle do you have on your personal finances right now? If the answer is very little, I implore you to devote even the smallest amount of effort towards it. By following the steps that I have developed and having some self-discipline, you will be able to build a great life for you and your family. 

A little glimpse at what my typical weekend is like and how packed my day-to-day is. However, something special happened this past weekend that gave me the confidence and hope that I needed.

I'm in a place of wanting to do much more and need to keep moving forward. My job is okay, but is very draining and not where I want to be. I have the idea in my head that I want to implement my ideal day and I'm slowly getting to that point.
