Today's episode is AMAZING! I have a special guest, Morgan (balancebymorgan on Instagram) to talk about all things fueling, running, and recovery. She shares a bit of her story of how she overcame an eating disorder, found a love for running, and learned how to fuel for performance as a runner. She overcame a brief period of underfueling, resulting in a 5 minute PR in the 5k! Once she learned the power of nutrition, she developed a passion for inspiring others. She started her social media to show others that eating like an athlete is okay and inspire others to fuel their best lives. 

We talk about how smartwatches don't accurately tell you how much you need to fuel, that fueling as an athlete requires much more than you think, how to overcome comparison, and how to love your sport and find joy in the athlete you are.
