Scott Taylor is the Founder and owner of Blackheart K9 Services- a professional Dog training company based in North West Georgia. He is currently managing his team of dog trainers, and consulting within the industry on an international scale. He specializes in behavioral management of dogs, and puppy development. He also produces working K9s for deployment within the United States, and internationally. His latest achievement is producing a specialized working K9 for an American law enforcement unit, training it to be able to sniff out electronic storage devices- a rare asset for law enforcement agencies worldwide.

Prior to creating Blackheart K9 Services, Scott served in the US Army, performing in many roles including Combat Engineer and special duty positions. He deployed to combat on 3 tours, Iraq on his first tour, and twice to Afghanistan.  He was injured severely on his first and third tours, suffering TBI on both occasions. After a long road of recovery and rehabilitation, he went on to be a drill sergeant, instructing Firearms and hand to hand combatives.

Scott also represented the US Army internationally in Rifle Marksmanship, and competed in Pancrase with a record of 11W-1L.

He attended a Military K9 Handler Program, which reignited the love he had for dogs since he was a child. Training dogs allows Scott to continue teaching and contributing to people’s lives, which he loved whilst he was in the military, whilst encompassing his passion for dogs.

So this week we will go over Rockefeller Habit #3:  Communication rhythm is established and information moves through the organization accurately and quickly.

- All employees are in a daily huddle that lasts less than 15 minutes.

- All teams have a weekly meeting.

- The executive and middle managers meet for a day of learning, resolving big issues, and DNA transfer each month.

- Quarterly and annually, the executive and middle managers meet offsite to work on the 4 Decisions.
