Let’s see what a federal judge has to say about Spotify’s actions, especially in light of the fact that Spotify has been 10 percent controlled by a mainland Chinese tech company since at least 2017, according to company filings.

This morning’s and last night’s paranoid social media flare-up from some on the West Coast now has a human, logical explanation: the Sun’s light reflecting off a fresh batch of newly launched Starlink satellites — the satellite and money intensive wireless Internet project of Elon Musk’s SpaceX venture.

SpaceX recently made headlines for securing the US government contract to bring human explorers back to the lunar surface, in a new mission named Artemis.

DEVELOPING… Scientists are concerned a massive Chinese rocket in a degraded orbit could land as far south as New Zealand, exposing their population to toxic rocket fuel and propellant if it breaks apart above a populated area.

Perhaps this is part of why New Zealand's prime minister, Jacinda Ardern, has said she believes differences with China have emerged that cannot be reconciled. Most worrying of all, the rocket remains could re-enter as far north as London or New York City — this rocket could land on American soil. Bizarre malfeasance on the part of the Chinese space program… usually civilian space programs do their best to avoid the risk of harm to the public, and usually they communicate with other space agencies.

The trajectory of the falling rocket will only be known with certainty about 6 hours or less before final impact, according to the Guardian report.

With only a few or a couple exceptions, all of the deleted guests appear to be vocal supporters of Bitcoin and the burgeoning global cryptocurrency movement. And the most deleted guest, by hours of content removed from the Spotify show archive? Apparently, I hold that distinction, researchers on Reddit believe after they tallied up the various deleted episodes and guests. (42 deleted episodes confirmed in all so far, and Spotify may delete more in the future, according to some media reports.)

This is either a case of corporate greed gone awry, or maybe even something far more sinister.

Joe Rogan sold out, literally, and should apologize for the deletion of now nearly 50 episodes from his decade or so long show archive — when he previously promised fans his exclusive move to Spotify would have no editorial impact over his show… lol, flash forward to today, all 7 of my appearances on his show have been memoryholed, and the plot thickens: it also turns out Spotify, Joe Rogan’s new master, is 10 percent owned by a Chinese tech company, and therefore has to comply with the rising sea of Chinese Communist Party “un-personing requests” of foreigners — meaning Americans like you and I, podcasting on our own soil.

Scary stuff, and instead of standing with free speech and the podcast community — or his own fans, or his own past repeat guests, or just common decency, which dictates you don’t mass delete many of the people who helped make your show what it was in its glory years. Shameful, and sadly perhaps only a sign of things to come in the West. Goodbye forever! I’ve funded FULCRUM and some of the contributors for another six months — I don’t see anyone else covering the issues that matter, in the way we do. I’ve personally exited FULCRUM’s day-to-day and content creation. One day, it’s my hope the savvy public will realize and feel how super-slimy the failed coverup done by Jennings Brown, Joe Rogan, and a few others actually was — they tried to erase me by way of, well, literally erasing the episodes of Joe Rogan Experience I was on (7 episodes in all), and Jennings Brown’s hit piece on me is to this day one of the weakest and weirdest pieces of journalism ever penned in the English language. I’d encourage everyone read it, because it shows how threatened the mainstream press was by our groundbreaking coverage, back in those simpler days.

The public will piece it all together one day. FULCRUM accomplished much and it’s our sincere hope the new generation of FULCRUM talent will take the site to the next level, in all the ways.
