Just minutes ago, it came out that the federal judge presiding over the case has “delayed the unsealing of a deposition of Jeffrey Epstein's former girlfriend and alleged accomplice to allow her time to appeal its release,” according to MSN.com. The documents and logs will now be tentatively released on Monday — yet another delay, just so obvious someone or other doesn’t want “the list” to ever emerge.

Yet another snag! The Ghislaine Maxwell document dump has just been delayed until Monday by a federal judge — it was originally scheduled for today.

FINALLY — one federal judge with a spine. The Jeffrey Epstein flight logs are to be released, the Court has ruled. It will shock the world. And no, you can’t credit Trump with this miracle. The credit belongs to this brave judge for showing the courage most of her peers absolutely lack, and some credit also to the intrepid journalists at The Miami Herald and the Epstein victims’ attorneys — the few journalists and attorneys who will actually stand, one day soon, on the right side of history.
