Hola amigos de @fulldeportes feliz viernes!! Hoy finalizamos la semana de la mejor manera, un full body con el que solo necesité una pesa, y la mejor actitud para lograr sudar la gota bien gorda jeje fueron solo 4 ejercicios y un descanso de 1 minuto entre cada ronda!!

Como dije antes solo necesitan una pesa, ¿No la tienen? Pues un bolso lleno de libros y vamos a la accion💪
