Hola amigos de @fulldeportes feliz mitad de semana, por aca seguimos super activada, a pesar de que me duele todo mi hermoso cuerpecito 😂 pero bueno como siemore he dicho, el ejercicio es vida, y al contrario de lo que pueda pensar alguien que no hace ejercicio, "si estas adolorida por que entrenar?" pues precisamente por eso, porque el cuerpo se siente diferente despues de entrenar, porque liberas dopamina y sin duda vas a sentirte mejor despues de entrenar💪💪

hoy les traigo una rutina en formato tabata. Como saben son 8 lapsos de 40 segundos que tenemos oara ejecutar el movimiento. Pueden hacer tabatas de un solo movimiento, de 8 o como en mi caso que casi siempre los hago fe 4 y repito en los proximos 4!! Al terminar cada tabata descanso un minuto y hago el siguiente, hice 4 en total 💪💪

today I bring you a routine in tabata format. As you know there are 8 lapses of 40 seconds that we have to execute the movement. You can do tabatas of a single movement, 8 or as in my case I almost always do them with 4 and repeat the next 4! At the end of each tabata I rest a minute and do the next one, I did 4 in total 💪💪.

Ella dice que va a vivir hasta los 125 años y solo le pido a Dios que asi sea porque sin duda es alehria pura en nuestras vidas💕 aqui les dejo un breve resumen de todos los momentos que hemos disfrutado ultimamente🥰

Hola amigos de @fulldeportes nuevamente por acá!! Ultimamente no tan seguido como me gustaria porque a veces la vida da giros que simplemente no esperas!! Este año inició a full con la parte de los ejercicios, mi esposo me propuso hacer el reto Murphy y acepté, incluso desde la playa estuvimos activos. No nos fallamos un dia, a pesar de que el dia 80 quise tirar la toalla y hasta el video de despedida grabé, luego le gané a mi mente y seguí activa por los proximos 20 dias 💪💪

Luego seguí mis rutinas como siempre, comencé un nuevo proyecto con mi esposo al que yo tengo que ponerle un freno por un tiempo, porque simplemente el destino me deparó otra cosa, una caida con fractura de tobillo y el tercer metatarcio me tendrán 21 dias sin poder entrenar, con reposo absoluto, asi que me toca aprender a ponerme freno 😣 llevo 3 dias y estoy enloqueciendo. Ya veremos como me va. Mientras, entrenen por mi 💪💪

My Routine for the next 21 days💪🔥Hello friends of @fulldeportes again here!!!! Lately not as often as I would like because sometimes life takes twists and turns that you just don't expect!!! This year started full on with the exercise part, my husband proposed me to do the Murphy challenge and I accepted, even from the beach we were active. We didn't miss a day, even though on day 80 I wanted to throw in the towel and even the goodbye video I recorded, then I beat my mind and continued active for the next 20 days 💪💪

Then I followed my routines as usual, I started a new project with my husband to which I have to put a brake for a while, because simply destiny has given me something else, a fall with an ankle fracture and the third metatarsal will have me 21 days without being able to train, with absolute rest, so I have to learn to put a brake 😣 I've been 3 days and I'm going crazy. We'll see how it goes. In the meantime, train for me 💪💪

Hola amigos de @fulldeportes espero hayan pasado lindo sabado en familia!! por aca bien gracias a Dios en casa de mis padres!! Hoy tuve deacanso de ejercicios como tal jeje porque en la piscina con los chicos bastante que me moví jeje pero bueno hoy sabado se cumple una semana que volvimos con nuestro proyecto de "Fitcam Maturin" un grupo de ejercicios funcionales que tuvimos hace años super activo en la ciudad donde no solo entrenabamos sino que creamos una comunidad super linda!! Por mi embarazo y por muchisimas razones mas se fue disminuyendo.

Pero mi esposo y yo tenemos como meta darle vida nuevamente pero con un concepto diferente, esperemos que las lluvias nos dejen porque el tiempo ha estado medio necio, pero bueno este sabado fueron 3, ya iremos aumentando poco a poco💪 la meta es tener un grupo de ejercicios funcionales mega activo asi que vamos con todo💪

Hello friends of @fulldeportes I hope you had a nice Saturday with your family!!! here thanks to God at my parents' house! Today I had a break from exercise as such hehe because in the pool with the kids I moved a lot hehe but well today Saturday is a week that we returned with our project "Fitcam Maturin" a functional exercise group that we had years ago super active in the city where we not only trained but we created a super nice community! Because of my pregnancy and for many other reasons it was diminishing.

But my husband and I have as a goal to give it life again but with a different concept, hopefully the rains will let us because the weather has been a little bit stupid, but well this Saturday were 3, and we will increase little by little💪 the goal is to have a mega active functional exercise group so we go all in💪

Hola amigos de @fulldeportes feliz viernes!! Hoy finalizamos la semana de la mejor manera, un full body con el que solo necesité una pesa, y la mejor actitud para lograr sudar la gota bien gorda jeje fueron solo 4 ejercicios y un descanso de 1 minuto entre cada ronda!!

Como dije antes solo necesitan una pesa, ¿No la tienen? Pues un bolso lleno de libros y vamos a la accion💪

Hola amigos de @fulldeportes espero que esten disfrutando de sus vacaciones, por acá todo tranquilo, saliendo cada tarde a caminar con los chiquitos para evitar la locura extrema 😂 hemos ido al poli, al parque, al poli nuevamente pero al area de arena y asi vamos jeje pero antes de todo eso seguimos la rutina normal en casa, sobretodo la de entrenar jeje y aunque despues del reto ha sido todo mas diferemte jeje ae esta logrando, ya comencé a incluir las pesas nuevamente por ejemplo

Pero lo bueno del reto es que ya sabiamos que entrenar jeje ahora nos toca armar rutinas cada dia jaja pero bueno aqui vamos, de esta rutina realicé 4 rondas con 1 minuto de descanso entre cada una, asi que espero se animen💕

But the good thing about the challenge is that we already knew what to train hehe now we have to put together routines every day haha but well here we go, this routine I did 4 rounds with 1 minute rest between each, so I hope they encourage💕

Ademas como siempre les he dicho, bjsco perder peso, pero mas alla de eso, el ejercicio es salud, y fisica y mental de paso jeje porque ai yo entreno mi mente no tiene espacio para tonterias jeje asi que aca seguimos 💪

Hoy les traigo un tabata de 4 ejercicios en modo avanzado y basico que sin duda los haran sudar cuando hagan 4 tabatas que es lo ideal!! Asi que espero se animen 💪

Por aca creo que nos sale piscina jeje y obvio no los propios dias de Semana santa porque eao sera una locura! Pero bueno mientras tanto aun cuando estamos de vacaciones, seguimos entrenando 💪

Hoy nos fuimos temprano a la concha Acustica de nuestra ciudad para hacer ejercicios con algunas personas que invitamos, y obvio nosotros aprovechamos de entrenar, hicimos 4 tabatas con el Burpee, desde el nivel basico hasta el avanzado y repetimos, estuvo intenso la verdad y el sol ni se diga jaja pero se logro💪

Today we went early to the Acoustic shell of our city to do exercises with some people we invited, and obviously we took the opportunity to train, we did 4 tabatas with the Burpee, from basic to advanced level and we repeated, it was intense the truth and the sun no way haha but it was achieved💪

Hola amigos de @fulldeportes feliz jueves, bueno casi viernes jeje, por fin el dia llegó 😂siento que este año fue lentisimo JAJAJA Sobretodo de unas semanas para aca jeje, ahora entiendo cuando le decia a mi esposo el año pasado "el año va volando" y el me decia "yo lo siento eterno" jajajaja el estaba haciendo el reto de 1 burpee mas por dia jeje ahora lo entiendo perfectamente.

Pero bueno, hoy despues de finalizar la tortura solo puedo decir que siempre podemos dar un poco mas, lo he comprobado muchas veces este año jeje porque si, muchos dias sentí que no podia mas, pero despues de unos cuantos segundos y otros "si puedo si puedo si puedo" continuaba y aca estoy, 100 dias de pura disciplina y sin duda vamos por mas 💪

Hello friends of @fulldeportes happy Thursday, well almost Friday hehe, finally the day arrived 😂I feel that this year was very slow haha especially a few weeks ago hehe, now I understand when I told my husband last year “the year is flying” and he told me “I feel eternal” hahaha he was doing the challenge of 1 more burpee per day hehehe now I understand perfectly.

But well, today after finishing the torture I can only say that we can always give a little more, I have proven it many times this year hehe because yes, many days I felt I couldn't do it anymore, but after a few seconds and other "yes I can if I can if I can if I can" I continued and here I am, 100 days of pure discipline and no doubt we are going for more 💪

Hola amigos de @fulldeportes espero que esten muy bien, hoy Miercoles fue el dia 99 y no lo puedo creer que llegué al final jeje si ya ae, me tenia poca fe jajajaj pero aqui estamos, MOLIDA, acabada, destruida jajajaja pero FELIZ de haberlo logrado, ya solo falra un dia y despues veremos que otra locura se nos ocurre jejejw aunque siento que quiero descansar como 3 dias jeje ya veremos 😂

Este reto me ha hecho mucho mas fuerte aunque no lo parezca y me queje mas que un camion de cochinos jeje pero ai me he vuelto maa fuerte, no cualquiera aguanta este trote jaja asi que ain mas que decir, estoy muy orgullosa de mi🥰💕

This challenge has made me much stronger although it doesn't seem so and I complained more than a truck of pigs hehehe but I've become stronger, not everyone can withstand this jog haha so nothing more to say, I am very proud of me🥰💕
