What is sustainability? In theater, sustainability includes considering how costumes are made; how to use the same costumes over time and not waste materials. Theater Costume Professors Andrea Varga and Kaitlyn Kociela Taylor have joined us on this episode of Full Circle Sustainability: Theater, Textiles, and Trends. They provide us with a clear definition of sustainability and talk about a range of topics, from the difference between the clothing in the theater and retail world, to how fast fashion operates and harms our planet.
