In this episode we take a look at the US real estate and housing market back in 2018 and 2019, before the Covid outbreak. Discussing how the housing market was trending and where it was projected to go. Then we discuss what happened once Covid was declared a global pandemic and borders shut down. Lastly we cover where we are today as of July 2022 and where we believe, based on predictive indicators, the real estate and housing market is going over the new 1-5 years and beyond.
