We're back! So sorry to everybody for not uploading the past few weeks. We've been extremely busy with school and other commitments! This episode is focused around balance. Especially as college students, there can be a ton of pressure when you get closer and closer to transitioning in the real world. Especially in this day and age where mental health is becoming such a big topic- it's crucial to take a step away for a while, re-charge and re-focus!
