This week, it’s all about Kansas. On August 2nd, Kansans will vote on the Value them Both amendment, which would give legislators in the state the power once again to advance laws to limit abortion. We met with organizers from Value them Both and Students for Life of America about grassroots activity to get out the vote. Archbishop Joseph Naumann shared how Catholics in the state can engage to raise awareness about the Value the Both amendment. KS Attorney General Derek Schmidt is running against Democrat Governor Laura Kelly in the state – he joined us to explain how he would work to restore pro-life measures in Kansas as Governor. Susan B. Anthony Pro-life America canvassers took us out in the field to meet with voters in the Kansas City suburbs; we hear their views on abortion and how they plan to vote on August 2.
