Today's episode is a mini impromptu one, I recorded it at a taster session at Zenergy Wellness, although I thought it was called Zenergy. I was there to listen to a talk about Moon Signs and Lunar energy. A fascinating subject led by Ria Woodburn who also does Reiki, Tarot and Crystals as well as creating individual birth charts.

I was invited by Valeria who does Access Bars. Both work for Sara who runs Zenergy Wellness.

A lovely welcoming place, full of interesting items and a fabulous selection of teas and for today only homemade cake. What a way to start my day.
