He also talks about Jonathan Taylor, as trade talks continue to surround him. We take a listen to Texans QB C.J Stroud and his comments on Anthony Richardson. The 2nd and 4th overall picks will meet for the first time in the NFL on Sunday when the Colts play the Texans.  

25:35 – 38:37 – John keeps things rolling by continuing the Colts conversation, specifically about Colts owner Jim Irsay and the mistakes he has made in the last several years. He opens the phone lines up and takes a call from a Colts fan!  

38:38 – 43:02 – The 1st hour wraps up with John talking about Aaron Rodgers, and what his future might look like following his season ending Achilles tear.  

43:03 – 1:10:53 - Bob Kravitz, the longtime Colts writer who now authors Musings of an Old Sportswriter on Substack, joins the program! Bob and John discuss how the Colts should handle Anthony Richardson, who they need to protect. Running is a huge part of Richardson’s game however, which presents an interesting line for the Colts to try and ride. They also talk about the lack of talent surrounding Richardson.  

1:10:54 – 1:19:51 – The show keeps rolling with some more phone calls from listeners! 

1:19:52 – 1:23:51 – John wraps up the 2nd hour of the show! 

1:23:52 – 1:55:02 - Kevin Bowen from the morning show The Wake Up Call w/KB and Andy joins the show to talk to John! Kevin and John briefly discuss the MLB and the Cincinnati Reds as well as the Chicago Cubs. They then dive into comments made by Colts players in the locker room today, and how well Anthony Richardson played during the Week 1 loss to the Jaguars. They also talk about the hits Richardson took during the game. 

1:55:03 – 2:03:34 – John previews tomorrow's show, where he will be on the road to make his Week 2 picks! He then answers some questions and comments from listeners online!
