00:00 – 27:35 – John kicks off a Bud Light Blue Friday LIVE from Back 9 in Indy by previewing the matchup between the Colts and the Saints! Mike Wells of ESPN then joins the show for his usual Friday conversation with John! Mike and John talk some NBA, including the Pacers exciting season opener, as well as some other stories from the NBA as a whole, including James Harden. John and Mike also discuss the contract extension given to Pacers head coach Rick Carlisle. They also get into the Colts upcoming game against the Saints.  

27:36 – 42:45 – Bob Lovell from the legendary Indiana Sports Talk joins to preview the coming high school football weekend! It’s a huge weekend with the tournament underway, with several exciting games to see. John and Coach dive into a few of those games, and talk about the season up to this point. 

42:46 – 45:09 – John wraps up the 1st hour of the show! 

45:10 – 1:10:21 – Tony East of Forbes joins the show to discuss the start of the Pacers season, as well as Rick Carlisle getting a contract extension! Tony and John preview the Pacers game tomorrow against the Cavaliers. They also talk about the Pacers season opening win over the Wizards. Tony and John dive into the Pacers rotation, and how the team is going to continue to spread the minutes around.  

1:10:22 – 1:25:19 – JMV speaks to John Hendrix, who covers the Saints for Sports Illustrated, to preview the Colts matchup with New Orleans! They discuss the issues the Saints have had on offense so far, starting with quarterback Derek Carr. There appear to have been some frustration from Carr towards his receivers last week; JMV and John get into if that is something to keep an eye on. They also discuss the Saints offensive line.  

1:25:20 – 1:29:27 – John wraps up the 2nd hour of the show!  

1:29:28 – 1:52:39 – John speaks to voice the Indiana Hoosiers Don Fischer! John and Don preview IU’s matchup with Penn State tomorrow! They talk about some of the notable players for Penn State, and what the Hoosiers need to be prepared for tomorrow. They get into some IU basketball as the team gears up to start their season.  

1:52:40 – 2:09:06 – John keeps the show rolling by remembering former Indianapolis journalist Robin Miller on his birthday.  

2:09:07 – 2:14:33 – John wraps up another edition of the show!
