After the eclipse, Jake and John talk about tonight’s NCAA Tournament final between Purdue and UConn! JMV also dives into the Pacers and their big win over Miami last night! 

24:38 – 41:22 – Bobby Riddell of the Purdue Radio Network joins the show ahead of tonight’s NCAA title game between Purdue and UConn! Bobby and JMV dive into the matchup and discuss what Purdue needs to do to get the victory. They also discuss UConn, their season, and how UConn can once again win a championship. 

41:23 – 44:59 – JMV wraps up the first hour with a phone call! 

45:00 - 1:09:06 – Bruce Parkinson, the Purdue Boilermakers Hall of Famer, joins JMV to preview the NCAA title game! Bruce and JMV discuss how much it means to Bruce that his alma mater is playing in the title game. They also discuss Purdue’s roster, and who needs to play well tonight. They then talk Matt Painter, and what makes him different from other coaches. Bruce and JMV talk officiating, and how they expect the game to be called tonight. 

1:09:10 – 1:27:21 – Chris Kramer, another former Boilermaker, joins the show from Phoenix! Chris dives into the atmosphere in Phoenix, and how excited he and other former Boilers are. They then discuss the game itself, and what needs to happen for the Boilermakers to come away with the win. John and Chris specifically look at Lance Jones, and how big of an addition he has been for Purdue.  

1:27:22 – 1:56:16 – Chris Hagan of FOX59 calls in from Phoenix ahead of tonight’s NCAA title game! Chris and JMV talk about Purdue-UConn, and give their predictions and thoughts on tonight’s matchup. They talk up the game, and the season Purdue has had, before discussing today’s eclipse! 

1:56:17 – 2:03:32 – The show keeps rolling as JMV recaps the eclipse, talks the Pacers and their playoff push, and his Indiana State Sycamores!  

2:03:33 – 2:10:57 – JMV ends the show with a phone call from a Purdue fan!
