25:07 – 42:36 – Greg Rakestraw of the ISC Sports Network joins the show! Greg and JMV talk about the Indianapolis Colts defense, and if they have enough in the secondary. They get into other non-QB positions they’re interested in seeing when the Colts begin to practice on Thursday. They get into the new kickoff rule, and how that will be implemented. 

42:37 – 45:35 – JMV wraps up the first hour of the show! 

45:36 – 1:14:22 – Mike Dirocco who covers the Jaguars for ESPN joins the show to help get us set for training camp! Mike and JMV first discuss the new renovations the Jaguars are going to do to their stadium. Mike talks about Jags quarterback Trevor Lawrence, and if he has lived up to expectations as a former 1st-overall selection. They discuss some of the Jags offseason moves, including the loss of Calvin Ridley.  

1:14:23 – 1:27:26 – JMV answers some questions and comments from online listeners of the show! He also takes some calls!

1:31:54 – 2:00:40 – Lance McAlister from 700WLW in Cincinati joins the show! First Lance and JMV discuss the Bengals reporting for camp, and the media coverage surrounding Joe Burrow and everything he does. They talk Burrow’s health as he looks to return from a season-ending wrist injury, and how important he is for the Bengals prospects in 2024. They then switch to MLB, and dive into the train wreck that is the Cincinati Reds.
