John then looks ahead to the NFL schedule release later tonight, and the many leaks that have come out before the official announcement. He also talks about the news from yesterday that the Colts will play the Patriots in Germany this upcoming season. He also gets into the NBA playoffs, the Warriors keeping themselves alive by beating the Lakers last night.  

26:28 – 45:00 – Josef Newgarden, Indycar driver for Team Penske, joins the show as we get closer and closer to The Greatest Spectacle in Racing! Josef and John talk about the GMR Grand Prix that takes place on Saturday, that really kicks off 500 season. They also get into the importance of the 500, and how it is like the Super Bowl of racing. Josef gives his thoughts and feelings on how his season has gone so far, and what they need to improve on.  

45:01 – 1:11:58 – Mike Chappell of CBS4 and FOX59 joins the show to give his thoughts on the Colts overseas game in Germany against the Patriots! Mike and John talk about their experience with going overseas for Colts games. They also discuss how odd it will be seeing the Colts take on the Patriots in a neutral sight. They discuss positions of need for the Colts, including right guard.  

1:11:59 – 1:22:49 – John talks about the Pacers holding their first workouts for draft prospects, and also discusses what he thinks the Pacers need to add to improve. He also talks about the NBA playoffs as well!

1:28:02 – 2:00:11 – Arrow McLaren co-owner Sam Schmidt joins the show! Sam and John dive into the Arrow McLaren season, and the highs and lows they have experienced so far. Sam talks about the drivers they have on their team, and what they bring to the team. Sam also discusses the non-driver members of the team! Sam and John then talk about Sam’s charitable efforts to benefit people who suffer from paralysis.
