27:41 – 44:45 – Mark Jaynes, voice of the Indy 500, joins the show as Indycar is in Iowa for the Hy-Vee One Step 250! Mark and John talk about the season for Alex Palou so for, last weekends race that saw Christian Luundgard get a win, and more!  

44:46 – 1:12:23 – Kyle Neddenriep of the Indianapolis Star joins the show! Kyle and John talk about Kanon Catchings going to Overtime Elite, and if we’ll continue to see high school players make similar moves. They talk about how things have changed for high school athletics with the emergence of prep schools.  

1:12:24 – 1:23:27– JMV talks about the news that Jarace Walker underwent a minor procedure on his elbow but is expected to be ready for the start of Pacers training camp. He also talks about the Colts, and if setting the over/under for their projected wins at 6 is reasonable. He gives his thoughts on why he would take the under.  

1:23:28 – 1:28:32 – John wraps up the 2nd hour of the show by answering some questions from listeners on Twitter.  

1:28:33- 1:59:10 – Tom Dienhart from Gold and Black joins the show to give an update on Purdue football and basketball as we make our way through the offseason! They dive into the renovations of Ross-Ade Stadium, before talking about Purdue football, and the expectations for the program this season. They also talk about what games stand out for Purdue in the upcoming year.  

1:59:11 – 2:08:22 – John opens the phone lines up and takes some calls from listeners!  

2:08:23 – 2:11:14 – John closes out another edition of The Ride With JMV!
