  • 15: Vision Boards Pt 1 - What is a Vision Board + How to Make One

Have you ever used a vision board to achieve your dreams and goals? If not, we HIGHLY recommend it.

In this episode, we share what a vision board is, how to make a vision board, and how to create the life of your dreams using a vision board - even if you’ve never used a vision board before!

Vision boards are a super easy and fun way to manifest your dream life. Vision boards use symbols and the subconscious mind to magnetize images from your vision board into your reality. It is very powerful stuff.

    Vision board recommendations:

    • Make it beautiful and super compelling
    • Display it somewhere you will see several times a day (wall or laptop background)
    • Include aspirational images that are aesthetically pleasing
    • It should represent your next level self
    • Vision boards might be one of the easiest, most fun ways to manifest your dreams and goals. You can even create more than one vision board if you want to.

We hope you love this episode!

Using a vision board will raise your vibration, get you pumped for your goals, and help you manifest WAY quicker than you expect!!

    • 14: Listening to Your Intuition and Quitting Your 9-5 with Monica Shoberg

So you want to quit your 9-5 and start a business or focus more time on your side hustle. You might be wondering when is the right time to quit your 9-5 and go full-time in your business. Maybe you feel afraid of the unknown and don’t know what to expect or how to quit your 9-5 and pursue your passion.

      Girl, we HEAR you!!

Our guest Monica Schoberg from Unruly Women shares her experience in quitting her 9-5 and going full-time in her business, and how she used her intuition to guide her every step of the way.

Monica shares how we can harness our intuition to make business decisions and how listening to her gut helped her decide what business to start.

Her company Unruly Women is an inclusive and accessible community that empowers all female identifying and femme-leaning non-binary persons to reclaim their voice by unearthing their inner wild, outdoors.

A message from our guest Monica Shoberg:

It was so valuable for me when I realized I didn’t need to do it all alone, that having an accountant and a financial advisor and a business coach after the health and wellness coach and therapist really all became helpful and necessary in realizing that I didn’t need to have it all figured out on my own magically. Also, things don’t always go as planned, and rarely go as I imagined it would play out and definitely not in the time frame I imagined it would. And lastly, that I needed to stop waiting for perfection in order to put it out into the world, because we may spend forever waiting for the perfect time or to have it all done perfectly- and a lot of the time it’s really my own fear holding me back and the best thing to do is just get whatever it is out there!

Do you worry about what others think of you? Do you care that they will judge you based on your words or actions?

In today’s episode we’re talking about how to stop caring what other people think. We’ve ALL been there and caring what others people think definitely played a role when we all started our businesses.

Worrying about what people think of us depletes our energy and increases our self-doubt.

We can spend hours thinking about what we should have said or did instead to ensure we gain the approval of others.

But we want to chase your dreams unapologetically and be 100% authentic to who we are!

In this episode, you’re going to hear from cohost and mindset coach Melissa Hussong about her top ways she stopped caring what other people thought of her and her business.

Mel’s tips for how to stop caring what others’ think:

          1. It’s not your responsibility to manage other people’s emotions.

          2. What is it costing you?

          3. Do men do this?

          4. Everyone is always thinking about themselves.

          5. Embrace imperfection.

          6. Use your internal compass instead of seeking external approval.
