In this workshop we dive into something that affects every part of your life—boundaries. Boundaries relate to several of the 7 pillars from the confidence workshop, notably, knowing your values and your why, self-trust, and who you surround yourself with.
Most of us weren’t taught how to set boundaries. Boundaries are not about pushing people away. They’re about protecting yourself and what matters to you. And, as the endless studies and evidence shows us; this is closely related to building and maintaining confidence.
(Consider this the 8th pillar of confidence if you like!) - but it has many more benefits than just confidence, and that's why it absolutely deserves a module in itself. In this workshop we are focusing on boundaries around relationships.
At their core, boundaries are all about who we give power to. They force us to analyse why we may not be giving ourselves permission to work and live in the way that we feel is best for our well-being. If we’re not deciding our lives, schedules, and workloads, who is? Boundaries allow us to decide when, how, and if we give this power away.
