In our new teaching series, Fullness of Joy, we are diving into the letter of Philippians and exploring its dominant theme of Joy. This letter, which Paul wrote to the church in Philippi, was written from a Roman prison cell… and in just 104 verses he mentions the word "joy" sixteen times. Over the next four weeks, we will see how joy isn't a maybe, but a gift that God promises to those who seek Him… and how ultimately this kind of joy is found in the person of Jesus Christ. In week 2, Associate Adult Discipleship Pastor Blake Stophlet teaches out of the second chapter of Philippians and shows us how joy is tied to Jesus' striking example of humility, and a call to unity.
