In this episode, I open up and share a deeply personal journey I’ve been moving through and the completion of a 12 month cycle.  

A journey of meeting my shadow, and slowly remembering what it feels like to feel safe in my body, to receive, and to reconnect with my sexuality after experiences that once took that safety away. 

What surfaced was messy, confronting, and deeply emotional… but beneath it was a truth my body had been holding for a long time.

This is a conversation about what happens when the parts of you that have been hidden finally ask to be seen.
