That might sound like a weird wish…

Holidays used to be a stressful and resentment filled time of the year for me. And I’ve heard so many women secretly admit this too.

We often fall into roles, expectations and sense of obligation around the planning and managing and cooking and family dynamics that bring more exhaustion than joy.

So how do we navigate all this? What energy do you want to create inside of yourself? How do you nurture your own light as the world gets darker and we’re drawn into winter fallow time?

Now… this episode was recorded a year ago. It was our very first messy, “let’s try this out” experiment before we had any equipment or were published on any platforms. (So please forgive the audio quality.) And wow! It's been a year. Thank you for being on this journey with us.
