Two weeks on the bounce we are back in London.  Amazing to think that it's taken a year for us to be able to do that!!!!

So this week we move on from Blackfriars Railway Bridge to its sibling Blackfriars Road Bridge.  You can tell lockdown is finishing... there's a lot more cars (and motorbikes) on the road!  

Our topic for this week focuses on how to be more productive when you are working at home.

We are back....again!!!!!  

After 12 months away from the big smoke we are allowed to get out and about again and continue our tour of London Bridges.  With life feeling like its heading its way back to some sort of normality we have a catch up and chat about the past year.  Tishy has got some interesting facts about Blackfriars Railway Bridge and those red pillars.  As always there's the Handy Hint and a Foreign Phrase to get you ready for when we can finally go on holiday.

Hello everyone. We've finally managed to get out and go for a very socially distanced walk around Broadstairs.  We have a chat about all the crazy things that have been happening over the past 12 months, there is a lot of chat about what we've been watching on TV and of course it wouldn't be the same without a Handy Hint and Foreign Phrase of the Week (for when we finally get to travel beyond our local region).

Well we are still in the grips of the Coronavirus and Tishy and I are keeping well we hope you are too.  Please make sure you are Staying at Home wherever you can.

This episode was recorded 3 weeks ago before the lockdown began, when the world seemed a much safer place!  

This week we are walking from Southwark Bridge along to the Millennium Bridge and what a fantastic walk it was.  The Globe Theatre at one end and St Paul's Cathedral at the other.  Our topic this week is one we've spoken about before - Listening to your Inner Voice.  If you are feeling unsure about an aspect of your life take a moment (many of us have plenty of those right now) and take stock.  What is it you want to achieve? Deep down you know but too often the noise of life gets in the way.  Listen to your Inner Voice, that gut feeling or intuition that shows you the right way.  You don't always have to act on it but it will give you a clearer view on what is holding you back or making you unhappy.  Give it a try!

Hello everyone.  

Well, what a crazy world we are living in right now. Tishy and myself hope you are all keeping well and staying at home where you can.  

Our latest episode saw us take a walk from London Bridge to Southwark Bridge along the Thames path on a lovely sunny day.  With the threat of lockdown we recorded it two weeks ago and kept ourselves safe.

During our chat we discussed what it was to be an attention seeker and how it can become a bad thing.  By nature we are both pretty outgoing and love attention, find out if we fell into the category where the attention seeking spilled over from something "normal" towards a problem that makes people run as fast as they can in the other direction!

Week 2 of our tour of London bridges and the second one up river is the infamous London Bridge.  Tishy tells us the truth about THAT sale to the Americans.  It was pouring down with rain so we sat and had a chat about emotional shopping whilst looking at the bridge!  There are so many reason to shop but when does it become a problem?

Hello everyone.  Welcome back to series 3, this time we have been brave and moved away from the coast and into the big smoke!  We are taking you on a tour of all the London bridges starting at Tower Bridge and working our way upriver to Hampton Court Bridge.

Welcome back to Fun Life Walks your friendly walk and talk. This week we head west but not too far west!  We are winding our way through Sandgate a little coastal town along from Folkestone.  It wasn't the sunniest of days and the wind was a bit blowy but it was lovely to get out despite every fibre of our bodies wanting to sit on the sofa under a cosy blanket.  BUT our Inner Voices told us to get off our butts and get some fresh air and that's what we chatted about... what is your inner voice and how can we make block out all the other noise around us and listen to it.  When you do you will be rewarded with a new outlook on life!  Give it a go.

Welcome to Fun Life Walks.  This week we were taking in Herne Bay.  There was a severe lack of walking due to the very inclement weather but we still had our usual chat.  We found ourselves discussing why putting yourself first is NOT selfish and can actually benefit everyone around you!
