On this episode I'll be talking about why good Tv shows are being canceled.

It could be for a lot of things the budget, actors wanting more pay who knows.

I just know that if I'm being paid I'll be quiet, I don't know that's just me.

I am going to talk about what it takes to be a cast director mind you what I read was mind blowing, no degree none of that just talking skills and getting along with the actors.There are no specific qualifications or training to work in casting. The most important thing is to have a wide knowledge of film or TV productions and be well informed about new and existing actors. You need good taste and an eye for talent. You also need experience of working with actors.
