This episode is the first episode of a 3-part series called "FUN Week". In this episode I explain what "FUN Week" is and when/how I came up with it. Basically, this is an introductory episode to "FUN Week" so to give a brief explanation about it. "FUN Week" is something I created, which is one week out of each month more specifically the 2nd to the 9th. It's about taking the time out your day to intentionally do things that are positive and bring you joy. It's about getting to know yourself better, discovering your likes and dislikes, your preferences. To start you will ask yourself these questions down below on the first day of "FUN Week" and at the end of the week after you have done or focused on the things you believe that are positive, that you liked or loved to do ask yourself these same questions again and seeing if you feel the same way. Feel free to use this as a journal prompt as well and I'll put the questions below so you can write them down, I also state them in this episode too and explain everything more in depth. I also talk about how FUN is actually an acronym for Faith, Unity, and Notoriety and elaborate more on that. For answering the questions, you can write 1 or 3 things down or 5 it's up to so feel free to write down as many as you want.
