Fundamental Life Tools: How to Alchemize Your Thoughts with Rafael McMaster

Listen Later

In this expansive episode of Compromised to Alchemized, I am joined by Rafael McMaster—artist, educator, and visionary founder of the non-profit Indivisible Arts. After hearing Rafael’s insights on Mark Divine’s Unbeatable Mind podcast, I knew his philosophy on mental technology was the perfect fit for our community of alchemists.

We dive deep into the true definition of consciousness, exploring how awareness is the ultimate tool for navigating modern life. Rafael shares his mission to empower a million conscious youth through his new book, FundaMentaLife Tools, and explains how art is not just a hobby, but a vehicle for profound self-mastery. This conversation provides incredible insight on alchemizing your thoughts.
