So I have been on this energy funk and I discuss my end of the year energy funk or the "its the holidays don't wanna do nothing time of the year lol!" I discuss on why some of us may have this funk whether it be at the end or even throughout the year. I also reflect on my 2023 & all the things I am grateful for!
