In May of 2012, tragedy struck the very fabric of Lilly's family with the death of their 37-year-old daughter, Melanie. That same week, Lilly's mother was diagnosed with stage four cancer and transitioned in October of 2013. In between those dates, her father had a stroke. At this time, Lilly had a business, The White Lilly clothing boutique, but it was clear that spirit was directing her elsewhere. It was time to close her store and move on. Grief, change, and moving forward are difficult, but these experiences and the journey within is necessary if we are to be the hero of our own lives. Because of her love for the spirit that lives in each of us, Lilly is now prepared to take you on your own journey. The longest journey, the hero, the heroine's journey, that long journey from your head to your heart. Are you ready?

Jules’ journey began about 5 years ago when he looked at himself in the mirror and did not like what he saw. He told himself “I will never look like that again.” Jules started doing his own research on training and nutrition. After going to the gym on his own and getting amazing results, he saw on Facebook that Free Form Fitness was offering a personal trainer course and he figured, “why not share my passion with others and help them get amazing results as well?” He signed up, and here he is today! Since that day when Jules said enough was enough, fitness, health and nutrition has become a passion of his that he now gets to share with others! “It completely turned my life around, I have more energy, more confidence, more strength and better self-esteem. I am lucky to be able to help people feel the same way, because a happy life is the best life. I will finish off by saying that you don’t have to be great to start but you have to start to be great, so just go for what you want!”
