Penny Wilson lived the last days of her life in New Brisbane, on land. But that wasn’t always the case. For centuries, humans lived underwater, in Sub-Acquatic Salvation Project (SASP) colonies, after what they called the Great Conflagration made life on land impossible. Penny was an inspiring geological and sustainability scientist, who devoted decades into getting humans back on land. And she succeeded. We connected with her grandson, James, who told us her story.
