This episode was recorded after a day i spent with my boys while their mum was away with work, just being around them now their both a little older than primary school age is getting to be more fun. we get to talk about things i never expected to be talking to hem about , trust me my boys are NUTS! gotta love them! 

I think it's an overlooked subject among men, not understanding how important it is we tell our children is going to stunt our growth!
