This past weekend, Juan Cosby, Haskell and the Grasshopper Juice Records crew held their second annual Overcast Hip Hop Festival. Originally scheduled to be held at Top Cats, a landmark in Cincinnati Rap history, the festival was canceled by venue owners merely weeks ahead of the event.
